
Ingredients
1/2 fresh lemon juiced
1 thin sliced lemon
8oz Boiling Filtered water
1 Tbs fresh ginger sliced thinly
dash of Cayenne pepper (optional)
Sweetened with raw honey*, stevia, or monk fruit
Directions
Add ginger to an 8 oz cup, pour 8oz of boiling water. Cover and let ginger steep for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and enjoy!
*Omit if Vegan.
Its best to drink upon waking up. It helps in detoxing the body and improves digestion system.
