My name is Johnita, I’m from Birmingham, AL and currently reside in Las Vegas, Nevada. I’m currently studying dietetics at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas. My own healthy lifestyle journey encouraged me to go back to school to help educate others. I too have had my own struggles with living a healthy lifestyle. I work everyday to improve myself mentally and physically. I started Johnitas way to document my journey and hoping to help others along the way.
